At EIGHTY EIGHT, we strive to ensure that our products meet the high standards that our customers expect. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy on returns and exchanges.
Return Policy:
Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exchange Policy:
Time Frame: Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, you may choose to return the item instead.
Non-Returnable Items:
Final Sale: Items marked as "sale" or "clearance" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Process for Returns and Exchanges:
1. Contact Us:To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [customer.service@eightyeight.com](mailto:customer.service@eightyeight.com) with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
2. Shipping: Once your return/exchange is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
3. Refund/Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [customer.service@eightyeight.com](mailto:customer.service@eightyeight.com) so we can rectify the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of defective or incorrect items and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping costs and times depend on the type of shipment selected by the Customer during the purchase process and indicated in the order. The types of shipping available vary from area to area. Specifically, in certain areas the Customer may choose between standard and express shipping (where available), as better described on the Website on the shopping cart checkout page. The Parties agree that the delivery times indicated on the Website are purely indicative and that in any event delivery will be made within 3 (three) days from the conclusion of the Agreement. After receiving Shipment Confirmation, the Customer can monitor the status of the shipment from the reserved area on the Website and/or the courier’s website with the shipment tracking number provided in the Shipment Confirmation.
