Eighty Eight guarantees the authenticity and high quality of all Products offered for sale through the Website. All intellectual property rights (for example and without limitation, the “Eighty Eight” trademarks both denominative and figurative) on or relating to the Products and their accessories and packaging are and remain the exclusive property of Eighty Eight. 

The Customer does not acquire any rights to Eighty Eight's intellectual property rights by reason of and under the Agreement and/or these General Terms and Conditions. Total or partial reproduction, modification, alteration or any other use of Eighty Eight’s intellectual property rights without Eighty Eight’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
